Proper maintenance and inspection is essential to ensure the safe and reliable operation of your boiler.

A properly maintained boiler will ensure that productivity is maximised and costly unplanned shutdowns are avoided, whilst ensuring proper insurance standards are maintained.

We are able to provide yearly and 5-yearly stripdown services in accordance with insurance requirements.

​

Yearly Stripdown:

​

• All valves removed and disassembled

• All probes removed

• All manways and mudlids opened

• Water side descaled

• Fire side cleaned as appropriate

• Post inspection rebuild

• Running tests performed

5-Year Stripdown - as above plus:

​

• Lagging access patches removed

• Appropriate weld areas cleaned internally and externally

In preparation for NDT testing
